Yep he lost to VP ........but he also beat beat down a prime Judah who a slightly faded version of was giving FMJ trouble before the dodgy DQ, A prime Mitchell twice. Not saying Tszyu would have won but his style was economical and his punch accuracy and timing were unbelievable, he did well against slick fighters and timed them well, he struggled against high pressure fighters like Vince Philips and Ricky Hatton ( though Hatton had a ref that let him get away with murder)

Hearns would easily outbox Floyd from the outside

No, he would outscore Floyd from the outside because of his reach advantage. If they were the same height and had the same reach, Floyd would outsmart and outbox Hearns.

Go and read my thread on Floyd Mayweather Never Dared To Be Great. That explains the very threats that Pac lost by that stage of his career.

At the divisions he competed in at the time he competed at them? Really none seem remotely worth mention.

Absolutely that's why I did not mention him I figure that is a foregone conclusion for hands of stone

Same with guys like 135 pounds Shane Mosley I didn't even mention him because in my mind its also foregone. Jack Mosley power boxing is like playing checkers and Floyd would be playing chess no matter what the weight

    Just my opinions

While he was fighting? Pac when the fight should have happened (09-10) would have had a chance. Maybe Tszyu as well. Vernon Forrest would have given him a lot of trouble.
In history, a lot of fighters would have beaten him. Hearns knocks him out. SRL beats him on pts, Duran eats him.
Mayweather is just a man and as such is VERY beatable.

    From the recent past:

1999-2001 version of Shane Mosley stops him. It is really a shame to see how Shane deteriorated post Forrest.
2009 version of Pac beats him on points.
Prime WW Paul Williams beats him on points.

Explain to what you seen technically from Mosley 99-01 that leads you to believe he does anything different than 10?

Explain to me what you seen technically from Pac 2009 that leads you to believe he does anything different than he did 2015?

Paul Williams would be intriguing I'll give you that and I would have loved to see it but he gave up his height and reach all to willingly and had **** poor defense and no real power at 147 that would worry Floyd....Floyd pot shots, works his jab to the stomach all night...see Diego Corrales.
