    I would say no. The Purrity rematch didn't happen because Purrity refused to take the fight, Fury likewise refused to give him a rematch. The one that he might be culpable for is Sanders because the opportunity possibly could have been there for a instant rematch. Still I don't think you can hold that against him as he needed to rebuild after that devastating knockout loss and Sanders would soon be out of the HW title picture.

    he's an old demo troll, the current state of boxing very much upsets him, he hopes that it was return to the 70's when peds were legal and 5 countries compete in pro boxing

    Lennox gets zero credit for avenging the McCall loss. Plain and simple he cherry picked a man in a very bad state.

    It would basically be the same as forcing Fury to fight Wlad now. Throwing in a man that's a mental mess with absolutely no will to fight into the ring for a championship fight. Still don't know how they managed to get away with that.

    Corrent, Lewis and McCall were the #1 and #2 ranked contenders after I Bowe dumped the belt in a trash can. Don King was managing McCall at the time and used his ties to get McCall the title shot coming straight out of drug rehab. The rest is history.

    Max Baer lost to Braddock. Difference is Wladimir ranks much higher than Baer.

    Muhammad Ali lost to Berbick. Difference is Wladimir was still champion at 39.

    It's ultimately fodder for both extreme sides of the argument when debating Wladimir's greatness.

    No this was few yrs after Bowe's duck of Lewis. McCall and Lewis fought for the vacant title after Tyson dropped it so he could fight Holyfield instead of his mandatory Lewis.
