As president of the John Fury fan club, the OP felt compelled to inform me that no mere mortal would be stupid enough to try and take on the self proclaimed 'hardest man in Britain'. I bet he believes all of the Chuck Norris 'facts' are real too.

 

Actually Chuck Norris was a Genuine world champion martial artist .. (karate ) He could actually do the buisness , If you want to look at a Movie / TV created big name look no further than Bruce Lee , he started out has Kato in the series the green dragon made in the 60's , Good with nanchucks looked inpressive , but so did my 2 sons when they were avid Lee fans in the mid 80's , Remember quite well how they used to make them , out of there mams brooms and mops ,, and practice for hours ,, , The middle lad even had the bruce Lee look down to pat ,, .
But regards real fighting skills and winer of REAL COMPETITIONS Chuck Norris was the man

Just thought i would give you a bit of useless information .

Now regards big John Fury ,,, well here's a man , a big man who is a ex professional boxer , not a paticuly good one , but just the same a big man who can fight , who bashed a smaller man in front of his kids , and then held the man down and poked his eye out , in front of his kids , he loves to tell the world how he done 12 years for fighting , and he's a fighting man ect ect ect ... He loves to give reporters and other non fighters the evil stare and threaten them , ,, But yet he does'nt seem to bully other big boxers , or big fighters , for all his bragging about the 12 years he done , he cried like a baby when he got sentenced , and said he was sorry ,, Sorry some may say this makes him the hardest man in britain , but to me it makes him nothing but a viscous bully , who knows who to pick on ,, personally i think he's a twat , and lucky in this day and age, the victim did'nt pay a couple thousand quid, and have someone blow his head off ,, would'nt be much of a bully then would he .

 

John fury said he would lennox Lewis or something, that would last about 10seconds

I think this whole thread is a kind of self-administered therapy session on behalf of the OP. If we can all help him in some small way, then we've done something constructive with our day.

Gypsy John was certainly a handful in his day... Bartley Gorman being one admirer.

But let's get it right, Lennox Lewis a unit of a man, one of the greatest HW champions of all time... a guy who has brawled with Tyson and Rahman, is not going to give a flying **** about him.

 

Lennox Lewis is a respected and famous person, with a fairly clean image. Rich, successful in his own right.
Of course he's not going to want to be seen brawling with Tyson Fury's dad. Not unless he really has to. It's considered childish and embarrassing for normal grown-up people to get involved in such nonsense.

 

That story also sounds like total BS to me. I can't imagine a man who fought and beat the guys Lennox did being too concerned about the thoughts of a man who was knocked out cold by Steve Garber - a guy with a 24% KO ratio who was on a 5 loss streak (3 of those losses by KO) and never won another fight after retiring John Fury.

I'd also wager that someone like Julius Francis or Scott Welch would beat seven bells out of John. I almost feel bad saying that as it's not him bigging himself up here like he's some sort of world beater but he has spoke of facing Lewis before like he wouldn't get KTFO in seconds.

 

Apparently the streets gives John greater power over Lewis, the former unified heavyweight champion.

 

lewis would have knocked john out flat, with an uppercut.

 

Many don't actually know, that Bane's character was based off John Fury.
