mitchell smith made a winning return to the ring last night, eh has undoubted talent but maybe like frankie gavin not the dedication to get to his best weight i.e. featherweight so who would you like to see him fight next?

ronnie clark: will fight anyone, anytime and with him winning an eliminator could possibly be made for a final eliminator?

maxi hughes: gave martin ward a decent test 1st time round and like ronnie will show us if mitchell is under british level or if he really has what it takes to win the british and more:thumbsup:

george jupp: rematch might make sense, imo mitchell is actually a level or 2 above george but it again comes to his dedication and if mitchell hasn't learnt from the last fight could we see a repeat win for jupp?

where would you look to match mitchell smith next:thumbsup:

Jupp was very lucky to get the decision last night and had he not beaten smith I highly doubt the decision would of gone his way. Another example of promoters in the judges or in this case referees pocket

still think it would be good for smith to rematch jupp and just put that performance behind him tbh and show everyone that it was just an off night/ or he took jupp too lightly:thumbsup:

He seem's to have got his head screwed on now he's with Adam Booth, taking his training seriously..... Booth wouldn't bother with him otherwise.

He needs to avenge the George Jupp loss.

really hope so as i see him as a real talent, although he looked a bit fleshy yesterday:thumbsup:

i would really like to see him vs ronnie clark tbh, ronnie isn't the most talented fighter out there but he is tough as nails and has a very good attitude to boxing.

I'd like to see the Clark fight. The reality is smith has only boxed at English title level where he won the title and vacated with out defending. The wbo European title is crap he wasn't top 4 in Britain but was world ranked at number 4. He believed to much hype. He needs to knuckle down get his weight sorted and concentrate on boxing. Jupp fight cud be a blessing for him.

I like the fight for Ronnie v Mitchell.. He is a very talented kid but tiny for a super feather.. Doesn't matter who trains him the way he was bullied against Jupp showed he should be 2 weight classes below.. This fight would boost Ronnie's profile. I think Ronnie and Maxi beat Mitchell widely... I would like Ronnie v Jupp sure Walsh's commonwealth title is now vacant with him away to fight for a World title. This would be a good fight as Jupp is tough
