Unless GGG was completely drained, he'd spank Floyd. Straight off he's way bigger. Secondly he has excellent timing which makes it hard to potshot him. Thirdly he has monstrous power and Floyd would not react well to it. And finally, he cuts the ring off too well, all but ensuring that he would bring that power to bear. Honestly, it's a mismatch on size alone and while I am no Floyd fan, I find it odd that he feels threatened by Golovkin. It's like GGG being jealous of Klitschko. Doesn't compute.
