He daring to be great(er). I'm not a fan of his, but I gotta give respect where respect is due. Taking a huge challenge in his last fight. Bravo big man!! Win or lose you still got that piece waiting at home for you. I don't think she'd even look twice at AJ.

He is going out on his shield. It is respectable.

That's if he actually comes to fight and not pose. Wlad is old and I don't want to see the guy go on to let guys beat up on him like guys in the past. When it's time to go, it's time to go.

More like he'll knock Joshua out in two rounds and then get all the belts and retire in 5 years.

Both brothers were great champions. Maybe they don't belong in top 10 atg hw but that's mostly because they haven't had worthy opponents. It's not like they had and ducked them, these guys fought everybody. What better way for Wlad to retire than on his shield, defeated by a hungry young lion who will dominate the division for the next two decades?

Agree. AJ is a big brawny, hungry heavyweight that may well go on to do great things. Wlad is right to take this fight. If he goes down like a Spartan nobody will disrespect him at 40+. If he bombs AJ out his resume just got a lot awesomer.

Really can't complain about Wlad not liking to challenge himself. He took Haye (who many said would beat him), took Peter in the first fight (who Wlad was actually the betting underdog against). Then was willing to fight Fury rematch in Fury's hometown -- and still Fury got cold feet. Now he fights AJ in his backyard.

Wlad gets all sorts of hate but no one can say he's not fighting whoever is available.

Wlad takes on anyone he's a rare breed just like Holyfield was. Not even Lewis or Tyson would take on anyone because they always feared getting beaten. Wlad will go out on his back swinging can AJ do it? We shall see if the old lion has some fight left in him. I'm sure Wlad would rather go out to a guy that at least looks like a champion.

    Wlad has balls big balls.

I suspect that he finds them again, after they went missing in the ring against both Fury and Jennings

You picked Charles Martin to beat Joshua. Never forget that.

I can never decide who is more irrational on ESB, a boxers detractors or their fans.

I personally think it's time for Wlad to retire he has nothing left to prove being Undisputed for so long taking on the biggest challenges. He is 41 now and we know fury would of been an easy ko in wlads prime. He might ko AJ because he still has power but the writing is on the wall. Mad respect for the guy but it's time to hang them up.
