Floyd Mayweather VS Lomachenko at 130/135 ?

I'm a big fan of Loma but I think people are forgetting just how good PBF was. Loma is a talent and a joy to watch but PBF was SPECIAL! Also agree with the comparisons between Loma and Manny. I know this is unrelated but bringing up Floyds early years reminds me of another fighter who left me in awe as a kid at just how fast he was. Shane Mosley. Holy ****.

Some of you posters are seriously on some other ****. Part of PBL's style is modeled after PBF. Y'all probably don't remember, but PBF was ruthless and had good power in both hands. He'd either UD or KO Loma, and I like Loma a lot. But, he does a lot of subtle stuff that Floyd would exploit. PBL can be forced to go back in a straight line, and when he's shifting and pivoting he sometimes drops his hands. Plus many many other things.

 

No Floyd and Loma both fight in the pocket most of the time. I don't have to watch either one of those video's to know that.
Loma shifts while floyd boxes off the front foot and pivots. Floyd is superior in doing that.

 

Floyd was ducked by everybody at 130, trust me when I tell you Loma wouldn't want that fight.

I absolutely Hate floyd and all his fans but at 130-135 Floyd was better than he ever was at WW. I think Loma loses a close fight.

Im going with Floyd...Loma boxes on par with Floyd Medium to Close range....Floyd though is better at fighting outside of those ranges and being a sniper from out there.

You also have to understand all the little things Floyd employs to slow Lomo down, tactics all of you tend to hate from Floyd.

I think it would be an exciting fight and has the potential to be a close fight, however Lomo is not a bullish come forward fighter and is actually pretty technical which is a type of fight that Floyd excels at, I think the pace would be right up his alley and again the fact that he can fight from a longer range and be effective...gives him the nod for me.
