Why does size matter?

Irrefutable that a heavyweight beats a flyweight. That is not irrefutable. If we took the greatest flyweight of all time and put him in with Marciano in his pro debut I am entirely confident that the flyweight would win.

 

So in other words if they are equal in every way aside from size?

 

Because I am more than aware that if we put a flyweight champ in with a heavyweight champ. The heavyweight will win even if his skills are inferior p4p. Also, this thread started because I was tired of hearing that Dempsey and Louis would get blown out by mediocre contenders of today based purely on the fact that they were smaller. At heavyweight size becomes less of a factor. 10 lbs at middleweight means a lot more than 10 lbs at heavyweight.

 

I refuse the quastion. Hand speed is equal, foot speed is equal, head movement speed is equal, punching power is equal, fighting style is equal, technique is equal.

That is unrealistic because in boxing things are never equal. Two fighters never punch with the same power, never have the same speed, never specialize in the same punches, never have the same chin, never THINK the same, never move the same.

It is literally impossible for two fighters to have the same punching power yet punch with the same technique and speed yet weigh differently.

 

Crap post as usual. Why don't you talk some more about how I would get knocked out in a bout?
