Tito is a better fighter than Maidana. Better Jab, better Technique, and better power. Maidana would make it interesting early on similar to how Mayorga did, but as the fight goes and Tito finds his groove, he'd get more accurate and would start to punish Maidana with power shots and ultimately stops him in the later rounds!! Everytime someone stood up to Marcos Maidana and fought fire with fire . He was always the last man standing. Impressive . But That would never happen against Trinidad . Trinidad TKO 3

Very entertaiing fight. Maidana does well, wins a few rounds, and maybe drops Trinidad early on. Somewhere in the middle of the fight Trinidad takes over and ends up stopping Maidana late. Trinidad was a beast at 147 just too much for Maidana. Like others have said Maidana-Mayorga is a more even and just as exciting of a match up.
The fight ends a lot earlier than that in my eyes Tito had a reputation of being a brutal body puncher and would rip Maidana's body very early on . We all know Maidana was vulnerable to the body. His weakness was body shots . Ortiz hurt him , Josesito Lopes hurt him , Soto Karass hurt him , Khan hurt him the most and dropped him . Mayweather tried his very best to hurt Maidana to the body many times but still never came close to hurting him . Trinidad is just a Bad/Painful matchup for Maidana.
Jesus I wonder if Maidana leaves the ring walking! Tito smashes Maidana out of there before 8, I know Maidana was tough and has never been stopped but Tito's style would be all wrong for him not to mention he was levels above Maidana! a relentless continuous assault from one of the hardest hitting welters would be way too much for the Argentine!
