How did you come to that conclusion? Wlad won't fight unless the WBA belt is on the line. Wlad is the only issue here , not Hearn or AJ. They will fight without the WBA belt.

Wlad isn't ranked by the IBF so as ludicrous as it sounds, if the only belt on the line is the IBF they likely won't sanction it. So without the WBA belt or the IBF suddenly throwing Wlad in to their rankings the fight won't happen.
Nah, don't think thats the case at all. Golovkin just defended his IBF strap against Brook no problem. Its only Wlad who insists the WBA be on the line.
If the WBA don't sanction this, I'm guessing Luis Ortiz will be matched with someone (Wlad?) for the WBA title sometime soon (New Year). I bet there's plenty going on behind the scenes we don't know.
