    In the decision delivered by the German judges they found that Sam Soliman should not have been sanctioned by the BDB as he had not used a forbidden substance.

    Justice at last for Sam Soliman.

    He hasn't cleared his name with the governing body that matters, the FAB 4. We have seen the evidence against the kid and have confirmed that he is still a steroid ped's drug cheating bum. FACT.

    Plainly Sam got shafted and now that he has been vindicated in a German court of law it will be interesting to see whether he has any scope to sue.

    Oxifilirine is banned under WADA but not under the IBF rules so he got off on a technicality. Still if he sues and gets some money good on him as Deveryachenko has ended any title aspirations for Sam.

    Exactly, Solibum is just an attention seeker, nobody gives a F that he has supposedly cleared his name because he hasn't. His career is well and truely over after he was destroyed and embarrassed by Deveryachenko and a completely shot Taylor. All that is left for him is probably a fair well fight in a small RSL club against Danni No Mas so we can all have a good laugh watching the two bums go at it for the last time.

    WADA had no involvement or interest in the Soliman v Sturm fight. So Oxifilirine being banned under WADA is completely irrelevant.

    Soliman got shafted by an organisation with deeply conflicted interests that is what the German court stated in their findings. Wise up a bit.
