    Yes.
My point is, if AJ and Hearn are "on the side of the fans", they'd bring Ortiz in to fight AJ instead.

Lucas Browne is the WBA's fault. If Wlad doesn't take the opportunity, someone else will anyway. It's not like Wlad plucked Browne out of the air for his benefit. The WBA has promised Browne another shot, for whatever reason.

The WBA doesn't have to give Browne a shot at the 'super' championship as he never held that so the idea that he has to contend the belt vacated by Fury is utter horse****. If anything he should have been mandated to face Ortiz, who has another made up belt.

And in response to your opening question, they were on the side of the fans because it made the most money. It was a huge payday for both fighters and would have captured the imagination of the public at large. Ortiz brings nothing more than Joshua fans and excitement for posters on this forum. I'd like to see that fight but understand why Hearn isn't chomping at the bit to get it made.

There's also issues with Ortiz being a belt holder for the WBA but not 'the' belt holder. Would that fight get approved? It wouldn't count as a unification bout and Ortiz isn't ranked due to his trinket. Whereas they could and should rank Wlad as a contender and their until last year long reigning champ.

Well, if it's about pleasing the general public and making the big money (which it is), Hearn should give Haye a call.
Maybe that will be the end result?

I'll admit I don't understand the nonsense of the alphabet organizations and their 'rulings'.

I'm all for AJ vs Haye or Haye vs Wlad 2. At least it would generate some interest. Haye makes for an intriguing match up with most top fighters due to the many unanswered questions surrounding his comeback.

I'd also pick David to easily dispatch Browne and Oquendo.

Molina can't fight period! It's time Joshua fights someone who can fight back............the same with Wilder..............

look at the division as a whole.....awful lot of weak fighters. Browne is ugly, slow but his chin is solid and he brings good power

and a good win last time he fought against Chag - hes decent one of the better one's he isnt fury or wlad but hes probably capable of giving any of the rest whether that be AJ, Parker etc a decent fight he might loose but he's decent. Better than the likes of Teper, Hammer, Glazkov and probably Martin as well

Not sure why it's such a ludicrous statement

Really you can't blame Joshua if he ends up fighting another complete bum. It's not him that makes the decision. Eddie Hearn basically owns him. He tells him what to do in all matters.

You can only really blame Joshua for not having a brain of his own and directing his own career. But I'm sure he feels more comfortable having decisions made for him, from what and when to eat, how to talk, how to behave, what to take and how to train.

Every decision, without exception, is run through Eddie Hearn first to ensure he approvals of anything that boy does.
