Golovkin's power is highly underrated, his boxing skills, speed, balance, ability to cut off the ring, body punching is underrated even more so.................

He is the hardest hitter for his 'type' of puncher. Golovkin's style doesn't make him go for one-hitter-quitter shots, he can easily get Jackson esque one punch KO's but that's not what his style is.

 

You're talking guys that would out weigh 3G by at least 40 pounds! These would be very small heavy weights, 200 lbs. 240 is a decent sized heavy weight and not uncommon in the modern boxing world! That would mean 3G could possibly be out weighed by 80 pounds. Although G hits very hard for a middle weight, he would probably be a soft touch as a heavy weight.

 

Thurman's shots look like slaps compared to Golovkin's.......

 

I sort of agree He has that Julian Jackson Punch....but His chin is better than Jackson I think....

 

If he could "easily" get Jackson esque one punch KO's, he would have done so plenty of times already, but he hasn't. Nothing to do with his style you mong.
