I don't think veterinarians give birth certificates, Latineg. At least, not where I come from.

I feel Vitali has become a bit overrated. When you look at his record, who has he beater? His best wins are Peter and Sanders. Add to that losses to byrd and against an older/out of shape Lewis.

Old Vitali beat the snot out of Peter who beat the snot out of Toney who blasted out Holyfield.

    OLD Vitali.

Even OLD Vitali would have been too much for Holyfield.

In the words of Shannon Briggs: “I’ve fought George Foreman, I’ve fought Lennox Lewis, and Vitali’s the best.”

    OLD Vitali.

Have a pleasant hike, you failure of failures.

Toney 20 pounds heavier against Peter than against Holyfield and also 3 years older.

Not to say that Holy was 41 against Toney and the thread refers to Prime Holyfield.

Oh, PRIME Holyfield. Like, the guy that fought Qawi?

A bit light in the pants to take on Vitali, I'd say.

None of what you wrote negates the fact that OLD Vitali beat a prime Peter, who beat Toney who beat Holyfield. Old or not *shrug*

Regardless, if "prime" Holyfield was the guy that was (should have been, mind you, because the ref gave a standing 8 count when there was none allowed) nearly knocked out by Cooper, then I shudder to think what Vitali would have done to him. Roadkill.

Fact is Holyfield was 41 years old against Toney and on the downside of his career. That completely dismisses your argument.

Fact is, Vitali came off a four year layoff and was as old as mud when he destroyed - not beat, destroyed - Peter.

That shows how good he actually was, against much younger opposition.

Old Holy lost, Old Vits did not.

That's because Holyfield wasn't on the level Vitali was.

I think Lennox Lewis and John Ruiz were better than Sam Peter was. And Holy didn't have the advantage of size over his younger counter parts the way Vitali did.

Even if you conider that Vitali aged better (keep in mind Holy was in many more wars), that is just not the subject of the thread.

No , Helenius destroyed Peter. Flattened him for the full count. Vitali comprehensively beat him. He did not destroy him like Helenius did.

I guess this means Helenius beats Holyfield too right?
