i think early on in memos career he def did shady **** but i cant see how he could possibly get away with it after being busted and having such a bad ****ing wrap... like how thorough do you think people are with margaritos hand wraps these days ???

and as for the claim of "undetectable steroids" COMMEE OOONNNNN the closest you can get is cycling off between fights as there is no mandatory all year round testing (though clearly there should be in a sport like boxing)

 

I think it's clear that he supplies the juice. He also gives them guidelines to follow as to how to beat the test, such as masking agents,advising to use IV's to dilute the amount of illegal parts in your body. And other supplements that can help misrepresent your numbers while being tested.

badou jack - huge improvements over the last 2 years
jessie vargas - no consistant
ishe smith - definetly enjoyed a late improvement in form
floyd mayweather - enough evidence on this already
juan manuel marquez - acne, performed well into old age, suspect
brandon rios - no improvement , he has always been the same old pressure fighter punching bag
marvin sonsona - nothing
jorge arce - not sure when he started working with him
paulie malignaggi - no improvement

Jessie Vargas STOPPED working w/ Memo and not so ambiguously implied that Memo offered to juice him up...
