Vitali lost to Lewis on dark arts and we all know how he dodged the ordered rematch. An immediate ordered rematch (a very rare occurrence: not a rematch clause) means the governing body (WBC) weren't buying tko6. Lewis Vitali was never settled because Lewis ran away. Even during his four year lay off Vitali said he would come back for Lewis, the phone never rang. Tko6 is not a stick to beat Vitali with, despite the tards who do.

 

TKO6 was imho, a plus for both fighters, although more for Lewis than Vits, obviously.

Lewis gained a victory over a young lion, who would go on to be dominant.

Vitali put up a great show against a great champion, and demonstrated his chin and heart were grade-a steel.

 

why you want to fail so bad? 37 isn't 40something. Holyfield could have literally been vitalis adoptive dad at those respective ages.
