If you honestly think your examples above prove your point, then you do not have adequate analyzing skills to make a rational argument with anybody. Your statistics above completely ignore the relative ages of the boxers involved, and, how much many of them had left in the tank at the time of those fights. It makes me wonder if you have actually watched any of these fights, or, support your rather obvious agendas by simply reading Boxrec.

Many point to Holyfield having been a successful CW but many of his opponents were former LHWs.
Many dont rate Haye as an ATG for what he did at CW which was also to unify and become champ.
The CW division was a very new division when Holyfield fought in it.

I think different eras have to be considered when opinions are being made.

Let's ignore stats for a second, I have two damn eyes and that's plenty enough to answer this question

Holyfield head-to-head kicks his ass plain and simple, I bet every dollar I have on it (and I got a lot of em)

 

Has to be Evander Holyfield. He was an ATG in 2 weight divisions (arguably the greatest CW of all time,) and took on the much better competition between the two.

Wlad had a much longer reign at HW but his opposition was terrible-to-mediocre at best. H2H in their primes, I'd favor Wladimir since he's the MUCH larger man. But as far as ATG rankings go, I can't see a decent argument being made to rate Wlad over him.
