In a press release by Matchroom Boxing for the Joshua vs. Molina fight,

"There’s a huge card in support of the main event as Dillian Whyte defends his British Heavyweight title against bitter London rival Dereck Chisora in an official eliminator for the WBC title. Whyte makes the second defence of his strap after seeing off fellow Brixton man Ian Lewison in Glasgow last month, while former World title challenger Chisora can get his hands on the Lord Lonsdale belt for the second time."

Personally, I believe if Whyte fights Wilder then the WBC title changes hands.

Not sure Wilder would have stood up to that hook he caught Joshua with.... Lean towards Wilder slightly, but Whyte would be very game.

Wilder would beat Whyte. And not because Wilder is so good (he isn't) but because Whyte is mediocrity with mediocre punching power, mediocre speed, mediocre skills, and good chin.

Whyte isn't top-10 HW and ain't beating any top-10 HW now.

The only chance for Whyte here is lucky punch as Wilder is packing glass, but that chances are slim as Whyte isn't a very hard hitter and he's very predictable.

This is a WBC eliminator not a final eliminator, Hearn and matchroom have a great way of spinning things.

Okay but I don't wanna hear stuff like

"He was shot, over the hill, Joshua's leftovers" once Wilder dispatches of him!!!

I doubt that Whyte is even good enough to beat Chisora. I actually think Chisora is a favourite in that one, so I doubt this fight against Wilder happens

Whyte throws a lot of punches, has no fear, and a great chin. None of these things have a Wilder opponent had before.

I have a feeling it would be a lot closer than people would think.

What is going on here? Has Whyte become a vastly better boxer than he was before? Wilder takes Whyte to school, then puts him to sleep. Nice way to warm back into boxing - Whyte isn't harmless but he's not a step too far.

No actually Wilder is good. He proved he was good by winning the title and defending it 4 times.

I'd give Duhaupas, Szpilka, Molina, Stiverne and Arreola a very good shot at beating Whyte, Wilder KO's him in 5.
