That isn't what I said or implied, here is my actual quote.

"Marciano trained like a machine ,total dedication, if he hadn't no one today would have heard of him."
I'm not responsible for whatever spin you put on it.

How am I putting a spin on it? No other ATG would have been heard of if they didn't train their ass off at some stage of their career.

Plenty of fighters have had successful careers without being diligent trainers.
Joe Goddard, John L Sullivan,Young Griffo, Bob Satterfield,Max Baer,Tony Galento, Joey Giardello, Jake Lamotta,James Toney, to name a few.If you don't think Marciano's obsessive dedication to training,[ he did road work on his honeymoon!] was a huge contributory factor in his success then I don't think you know much about him.He didn't train 6 weeks for a fight, he trained for up to 4 months!

I guess folk who were there were lying at the time then....

What the hell are you trying to point out anyway?

My point that he would be a nobody without training his ass off is true....

"Tyson was definitely fat when he first started boxing."

Those were the words I disproved.

How far back do you want to go, before his teens? This is really important to you isn't it?

Because it proves as a 14 years old he was not in any way fat .This is your cue to provide photographic evidence to the contrary.I'm sure we will all be interested to see it!

I can guarantee that most of those above trained their asses of at points in their career, especially early on.

Not important at all, it's you who keeps pushing the envelope on this subject whilst eluding my main point that Tyson wouldn't have been heard of had he not trained his ass off and fell into the hands of a specialist trainer.

You don't have any photographic evidence whatsoever that he was fat.

He wasn't fat at 10, and he wasn't fat at 13.

Give me the photographic evidence of an 11 or 12 year old Tyson being fat.

Or if I somehow come up with a picture of Tyson as a 12 year old with muscle definition will you start telling me he was fat at 11?
