So now Tyson is lying about his upbringing.

I wonder if he lied about flying pigeons in Brooklyn. Maybe he really walked poodles in Bel Air.

Yes, that's the point. Finally, you are out of denial and on the road to recovery. I'm glad :)

Everybody is going way off course because they can't answer the simple question....

Would Mike Tyson have been a somebody had he not trained his ass off under the tutelage of Cus D'Amato?????

You and McVey are both right. Rocky was great because of a combination of raw talent, and great work ethic.

The same as virtually every great fighter then.

Gotta say, your pot, kettle, black joke about psychological projection was actually funny. I can't call it witty though, because that would suggest you knew why it was humorous when you wrote it. Okay, I'll leave it at that today but tomorrow we will tackle your anger management. Baby steps Wass, baby steps...

It wasn't about your projectile vomit project, it was aimed at your mocking of my "bad joke." You wouldn't make it as a stand-up comedian now would you flower....

I can't think of an example right now where this is not the case.

Although Marciano's training regiment was uniquely grueling.

I've no doubt it wasn't gruelling but I'm sure he would have been a known fighter if he just trained his ass off like other greats.
