Loads of people will buy this PPV. Including most of the fans on this forum who know it's sh!t and are complaining about it.
It seems people don't really mind spending their money on this kind of fight.
Eddie Hearn will let the figures do the talking.

It's not really a problem if you don't buy it though.

    Very true.

But if they read on forums such as this, and the contents of it they should question who is fooling the fans, and ask themselves a question, am i Fcuking daft.

Don't bother buying it, don't bother streaming it, don't bother downloading it from your sky box the following Friday

Personally don't care one bit about his career unless he fights someone good, and sure as hell not wasting money or time on him

I ve criticised the fight. But the reality is for an 18th fight its not a bad test. Molina at least comes to fight...plus has a bit pop. The same people that are willing him to fight a top guy too early will be the same people that say we knew he was hype if it went south for him.

I hate the everything goes on ppv nowadays format. But its seventeen quid for 4 or 5 half decent fights. As eddie says hes not forcing you to buy it. Reality of the matter is all them fights on the same night on normal sky sports loses money. What do people want eddie to continually lose money on the shows? Tbf to him he puts a shift in.

He d be better getting guys like haye and groves signed up. At least he d add some exciting fighters to his stable. Ortiz is definetely a step in the right direction.

You wouldnt mind paying twenty to watch maybe haye. Groves. Joshua. Ortiz. And another one or two. The more exciting british boxers. Although i know a lot dont like groves or haye. But lets be honest its not easy for them without the matchroom marketing behind them.

I ll probably be paying for it. You can sit around trying to make points to show eddie hearn...but lifes too short. At the end of the day we re all boxing fans...eddies at least working hard and improved a lot in british boxing. At least some of the guys on the card that will be getting paid well have some ambition left. Its a hard game. Would rather these people got it than say harrison or price that are just trying to cash out without the tools to have a chance of winning.

Whyte. Chisora. Joshua. Molina. Quigg. Ortiz. All guys that are active against half decent opponents. Still got ambition left and up for testing themselves against decent opponents.

It is NOT any test at all and we all know it.

All idiots should see that filming a David Haye's Toe2Toe for a bread and butter standard undercard fight smacks of desperation to sell PPV because Matchroom fully know that the AJ fight is a pile of dung.

An idiot and their money may be easily parted but the backlash of adverse publicity on social media is very bad for boxing long term.

I disagree in terms of boxing anyway. Joshuas 17 fights in made up of mainly sub standard opponents. Only names of note in any sort of shape have been breazeale, martin and whyte. Breazeale took him seven. Whyte very nearly had him out of their and martin folded like a lawn chair. But if whytes putting him in that position what would klitchko, ortiz, parker, haye, wilder do to him. Its too early for him. Seems we ve still not learned from david price. Almost everyone had him down for dethroning klitchko based on blowing away mediocre opposition. The gap between the also rans and the top guys is huge. If i m not mistaken most people blame frank maloney for putting price in to soon.

Joshua still needs learning fights. Molina tested wilder. Its a slight progression from brazealle. It makes sense. I d go one further and say he needs another couple before the klitchko fight.

People need to get the hype into perspective...

Hes been hit once in his pro career from someone thats not a proven hitter on the world stage and looked like he was gonna fold.

Again do people want hearn to lose money on his shows? Personally think he should have took the hit on this show but how far do you go...not allow him to make money on half the shows. It doesnt make business sense.

The uks got a guy there that looks like he could go on and unify the division. Joshuas seems a decent enough guy...with his head screwed on. Walked into the gym at 17 or whatever and worked his ass off. Its sad that we cant get behind our own. I want him to face the big challenges...but it is too soon in terms of his boxing experience.

Hearns is actually doing a good job with him in terms of guiding his progression up to this point. I dont think he should be ppv yet personally. Hearn done it too soon ands ended up in the tricky position hes in. Could have got half decent opponents without moving to the ppv format. Since the first one tho everyone half decents wanting millions. But it is what it is...17 quid for 4 or 5 half decent fights. No ones forcing people to buy it.

If it is learning fights he needs then vacate the World Title and fight on Sky Sports at British/European level for a few £k like the rest.

He is the IBF World Heavyweight Champion and as the holder of the belt expected to be in with the best contenders.

AJ is taking millions for facing puddings and the public deserve better.

As for David Price - a never was and never will be.
