yes... and he set up the scam by asking for pain killers pre fight, then wrapped it all up by undergoing surgery post fight. you got to admire the lengths he went to fool you.
as i stated in previous replies in this thread i dont believe pac was 100% healthy because no elite fighter training that hard for long periods of time throughout most of there life would be. what i think the stats reflect is that the shoulder tho apparently re-injured in round 3 ( or was it 4 ? ) clearly did not have an effect on pacs output and from there we can call to question just how severe the injury was ? and to me it shows that it just was not a big enough issue to cause hes loss to floyd, would you agree or disagree ?
Pac vs Floyd II is like watching a movie twice on top they want you to pay, based on Pac performance last night why anybody thinks the result would be different.
It wouldn't be any different imo. It would probably be a whitewash the next time given how poorly he looked against Vargas.
Pac looked much sharper in Bradley III than he did last night... Didn't look anywhere near shot though. Crawford MIGHT have too much for him at this point. But apart from that can't see very many active fighters on his radar beating him.
The injury not only affected Pacquiao in his fight against Floyd, it also hinder/affected his training. In fact there are sparring sessions where Pac used only his left.
This whole post is just circular reasoning "Does it matter" Of course it does. The entire thread is about whether or not the Injury existed. Why did Manny look like a super siayan against Rios and Algieri despite apparently having a shoulder injury? Rios and Algieri suck. They're a level below Bradley and Vargas and 3 levels below Mayweather. "and then he loss it because of his shoulder, but he lifted that shoulder several times before the fight, during the fight and after the fight. Does anyone believe their eyes anymore?" This was literally just discussed. A Rotator Cuff is the joining of multiple tendons at a single point. Each of those tendons control their own thing. A partial tear will not always prevent a full range of motion. Mayweather literally had the exact same injury in one of his fights and went on to hold up his belt right after telling everyone he had a rotator cuff injury. But seeing is believing right?
i disagree. at this level of competition, any injury that requires surgery to fix, is goint to have a severe impact on the fight. even a small loss of speed or power can be the difference between hitting or missing, and touching or hurting, a guy of floyds caliber.
What fighter injures their shoulder during the a fight so much so that they believe it caused them to loose the fight and at no point mention the injury to their corner or in the post fight interview?. When you take into consideration he showed zero signs of having an injury or being in pain throwing punches at any point during the fight as well, If you don't believe that is sus as **** you have rose tinted glasses on. This is from somebody who also thinks it was also sus when mayweather claimed to have shoulder problems during the Castillo fight.
You all talk like Mayweather actually beat pac and that is far from the truth. I believe he lost. Anyway pacs shoulder is a bull**** excuse. He may have unofficially outpointed floyd but he is shot and has been since the Mosley fight. It should of been clear to him when he was waken from a coma after marquez. I can't believe floyd actually fought pac after he was scraped off the canvas. What a fraud, the best ever? Pfft not in my books.
