depends does Toney get to use steroids like he was busted for repeatedly or is he going to have to fight naturally.

I cant see how anyone can say Toney.
Just look at Toneys LHW form... Being beaten by a novice in Griffin, and around that time barely getting past a faded McCallum and losing to Thadzi.
    Easy win for Kovalev

Toney beat Nunn but that was at MW and Nunn had been facing some former WWs

The entire heavyweight division was steroid ridden at that time. It's all relative

Total cognitive dissonance at play when they ignore all of Toney's postive tests for actual AAS, while wanting Povetkin imprisoned for taking something that is not even an AAS and was perfectly legal when he took it.

No, you are just projecting son. I never said anything about your lack of knowledge or telling you to **** off. I thought it was funny that you consider Toney's resume to be lacking when it is pretty strong; despite some of the names being past their prime. I find it even funnier that you are taking me that seriously.

Wins over past prime fighters and losses to great/good fighters doesn't show me a strong resume. By your logic I could say Darnell Boone has the strongest resume in boxing right now.

Let me rephrase my original post: Toney appears to lack wins over prime great fighters.

I didn't say you said it but, you know people give Kov a lot of credit for the Hopkins win! Hops is probably Kov's top 3 wins.
