Actually I've been watching a lot of HW Toney today. The man that schooled Holy, Ruiz, Rahman and Peter would not get blown out by Briggs. If he can carry that much weight and maintain his skillset, so could Moore.
being bigger than toney isnt a certian victory. so i was right in saying frazier would win because he was too good and too relentless rather than too big for toney.
Being bigger isn't enough. Valuev wouldn't beat Toney. But Frazier isn't necessarily better than Toney, his size advantage will be a factor here.
I also see Frazier as being too relentness. Toney gets outhustled in this one but has his moments. Would have been a good fight, actually Toney likes guys who attack so he can do his counter stuff.
He also needed space to maneuver. Thadzi and Tiberi made him look less than elite just by pressuring him.
Frazier would wear him down, Toney didn't have a lot of puff at Heavyweight where as Frazier had it in spades. Toney would have his moments, even as a fat heavyweight he was too good not too. Over 15 an exhaustion stoppage wouldn't be 100% impossible.
Against Thadzi, Toney failed to make the weight. Had to pay a fine. Against, Tiberi, this was obvious, Toney could barely stand up on his legs after a few rounds.
This would be very competitive. Toney would counter over Fraziers left arm all night long and had a great chin.
