Williams is a very good shout. Somewhere out there Manassa is eagerly nodding.

And dare i say a bit one dimensional, tho still good enough to beat the massive majority of Heavyweights ever.

That was a product of the peek-a-boo style I guess.

Hearns had balance of a new born deer, too much lacking in that department and chin to be the perfect fighting machine....

He had speed just not on the level of a couple of his contemporaries. He looks a bit slow against SRL and Hearns but those guys were seriously fast, but when he was in there against Minter or Antuofermo he looked a Class above.

What do you mean by fast feet? Does having fast feet only apply to boxers going backwards or boxers with a lot of movement but doesn't apply to fighters closing off the ring? Of course Chavez had quick feet.

I disagree. Being great at cutting off the ring requires intelligence and foot speed.

Not a fan of it myself ,you block punches with your gloves, but also limit your view of incoming, imo.

Foreman was excellent at cutting off the ring, anyone ever describe him as having good foot-speed?

Most heavyweights look slow so I would say Foreman does have quick feet in a subtle way.
