I wouldn't be surprised to see Lomachenko knocked down. Every great fighter is knocked down in their career. I wouldn't be majorly surprised if Lomachenko was to get knocked out either because Walters has power, size and some ring intelligence.
However, I do firmly believe Lomachenko will win via a wide UD and maybe even late KO.

 

This is such a great fight! So many variables. Has Loma got the experience to win this fight Boring? He is normally so exciting but that won't be the sensible way to fight Loma. Can Loma hold a punch? Are we underestimating Walters boxing ability ? Can he be hurt?

I believe Loma will make it look easier as expected. The odds are too wide, but Loma is too good and mobile for Walters

 

Yep, going through adversity and finding a way to win makes you a better boxer in the long run.
