IMO Floyd would be the only contender to Ray Robinson if he wasn't such a douchebag.
Hagler is my fav but if you rate power equally with the other attributes listed Floyd has him.

The only thing that "points to" Duran-Leonard being a fix is the fact that he abruptly gave up trying to win and decided to lose by TKO.
It is what it is. Champions simply don't quit like that. It's ridiculously unusual, hence its place in boxing lore.
Duran pulled a ridiculous quit job, that's the truth, and we don't really know why. It doesn't really matter to me. I don't need to know. There's no excuse for it but I understand why some people write it off as a strange anomaly and fail to count it against Duran. He had over 100 fights after all.

I'm not even sure why Ali clowning in the first Frazier fight would be considered unusual. Clowning was part of his game, he was a born showman. It was entirely characteristic. As far as everyone remembers, the fight was 100% fiercely contested by both parties.

    Exactly.
It's highly unusual. If it wasn't, it wouldn't be a story at all, and wouldn't have been mentioned in this thread as a major mark against Duran.
Also, I don't even buy that Duran had good reason to resign himself to a loss, not from what I saw. Leonard looked comfortable in there for sure, but there wasn't an awful lot going on. Duran's supposed to be such a clever, great, versatile and "complete" boxer, yet supposedly he quit after a couple of bad (yet seemingly painless) rounds !

It's all speculation and excuses to say "he was out of shape", "he was sick" etc. I'm not saying that's not true, I just don't know, but almost everything anyone seems to say about the fight these days seems to derive from Duran's own excuses or Leonard's understandable but slanted view of the events.
At best, these guys are ego-driven and say whatever to enhance their legend.
At worst they are deliberately hiding things.

Yep, deffo being sarcastic there. I remember reading Angelo Dundee state in the great book Four Kings that if Tommy had great balance he would beat them all, not sure I agree with him there but I get the point.

No love here for Julio Caesar Chavez here? Surely he should be in the conversation.
Fought everybody...I don't think he ever ducked anyone. Won all sorts of titles.
Tough, tough guy. Had some all big fights.

The word "complete" should also suggest defense and mental stability inside the ring.

His mental fortitude inside the ring is beyond reproach. Who didn't get hit back then at the end of the day. Never knocked out.

I'm not saying he should have quit or even judging it, simply entering to the raging debate on the why.

TBH i think the why is now established and it's a combination of things.
