Pretty sure though that if Stiverne had been caught on steroids, testosterone or HGH, the fight hadn't gone trough.
There are differences in PED's, and some people act like they're all the same and just as bad, but everyone knows there are levels.

 

Maybe Povetkin would take on a 'roid-fail Stiverne, but I doubt he'd take on a 'roid-fail Kitschko in a rematch.

I don't know about everyone else on here but I expect everyone at the top levels of boxing to be using something so just let em fight?
