If that's the case it's his job to carry the PPV and if it bombs he's to blame afterall like you said he's the bigger draw.

It is because Americans don't really like combat sports. Boxing, MMA, kickboxing it is all meaningless as a sport in the US.
It is only meaningful when it is a spectacle or circus outside the ring then people will tune in as fodder for social media content or attend an event for an instagram pic.
So what? Most people don't watch the sport of horse racing or baseball any more either...unless there is a spectacle like the Cubs or an excuse to wear stupid hats at a party.
As long as there is enough hardcore fans that the athletes are very well paid who gives a ****.

Big fight for Boxing whether or not it gets a lot of mainstream attention doesn't change that.

Not where I live. I got alot of calls to throw a house party for saturday, from friends that havent wstched a rd of boxing since the GGG/Canelo back-to-back weekends in September, people that havent even watched Pac's fight. The sports bars will be jam-packed Saturday. If you live in a fight town

    Cant wait !!

May the best man win !

its sad that this is probably right, Ward is brilliant but just not too fan friendly when discussing casuals and it could turn them away if it the fight becomes a chess match. it does make me wonder however that if more hype and advertisement for Ward was pushed all year round would he be a bigger draw? although a different style to Mayweather he too isn't/wasn't a KO artist but he was on everyone's lips at some point, was that just down to his persona/style or was the promotional machine behind him responsible? play a dull song on the radio enough times and eventually it can become catchy!?

It was his mother who the hardcore junkie who got Frank into hard drugs. Frank done his utmost to be a functional addict and that is how he managed to set Ward on the straight and narrow. As for his mother.....well, the less said about her the better.
