I don't imagine Ward beating Kov will have any relevance to Golovkin whatsoever.

 

The answer is right above you but because you are an agenda driven mong you are blind. If Ward beats Kov who is an excellent 175lb then he proves that he has grown into a full fledged 175lb not some flip flopper.

It seems we will never be sure who 'ducked' who out of Ward and GGG. The information (and disinformation) surrounding negotiations, the purse, the weight etc is so conflicting and inconclusive that everyone takes their stance, doesn't budge an inch and the debate goes round in circles. The only fact which sheds any light over this is that Ward moved up to light heavy and at the weekend is taking on Sergey Kovalev, a thunderous punching knockout artist from Eastern Europe (sound familiar?). Meanwhile, GGG is talking about Jacobs and Saunders and, as yet, hasn't shown the desire to move up in weight to find tougher challenges. You can draw your own conclusions from that. I know what mine are.

HOw is this relevant? GGG is trying to unify titles at a weight division 15lbs below Ward why would he be interested at this moment in the lhw title when he has unfinished business at mw?

No you posted opinions on why you think GGG should fight Ward. Here let me help you. Brook should fight Spence because thats his mandatory and he holds a title that Spence wants. Its a big money fight in England and it should happen. Thats logical. I hate GGG because his trainer says he could beat Ward so he should move up 15lbs and forget a big money fight against Canelo to take a high risk much less money fight 15lbs out of my weightclass just to satisfy haters that want to see me lose.
