I don't watch as much boxing as I used to a few years back, I'm more and more following top level mma but I always make time to check out the truly elite boxers fight (not interested in watching bums fight) so I will be watching Andre Wards fight who imo with Mayweather currently in retirement, is the best boxer in the world. I don't see anyone out there around 168/175 beating him although as you say his recent inactivity and poor opposition these last few years could play a factor but not much of a factor imo.

 

It's getting cold here Francis it dropped to zero again last night in work and we had a couple of tornados down west yesterday but all is good thank you .
What's the rest of you blokes predictions ?

Have you seen his fight with Singh? Very sloppy lots of holding,Ryan was on the backfoot a lot and potshotting. He will have to show more aggression IMO could quite easily lose to a come forward fighter more ring savvy than Singh. I thought it could have gone either way myself.

One day stiffs old son you're going to understand it's the noble art of BOXING and fights can be read in so many different ways depending on who's doing the judging .

 

Disgusting - corrupt or inept judges ruin an event and cost me $$. Well done to both fighters.

 

I blame his management. The lower purse,3 American judges it was 8-4 or at best 7-5 to Kovalev with the 10-8 round. Bah humbug.

 

Personally i saw the fight a Ward win but can understand and respect an argument if you saw it the other way .
