He is inactive barely ever fighting inside and outside the ring. If this the best the sport has to offer we are in extremely bad shape. Hell even Stephen A Smith admits Ward lost. Ok. That says a lot. An impact between a Russian missile and an America jet, this is a guy who would try to claim the American jet got the better of the exchange. Kovalev lander more and harder earlier on. Circa the first 4 rounds. As the fight went on Ward was landing the crisper, sharper punches, both to the head and body. He won most of the mid and late rounds. For the record, I rewatched the fight and changed my decision to a draw.
Nobody cares about your biased opinion. Ward was extremely competitive and won in the eyes of many observes. You, and anyone else who thinks that this was some sort of landslide victory for Kovalev need to drop the sport.
