(in Hooker's defense, I also lost about 1½ pints of blood on Friday night, so that factored in. But still, may that man never mar a PPV broadcast again. Yeezus. I distinctly remember thinking, jokingly, to myself, "watching this guy is going to literally put me to sl-")

 

Also did anything drastically change in the dynamic of that match or did Pérez continue to kick his ass before having to settle for a draw?

 

What, did CST really score 12-0 Kovalev? Oh my God, the understudy is not, nor will he ever, be ready for prime time.

 

JayZ bought this fight.
Bought the Ref who allowed Ward to hit low, hug, wrestle, elbow all night.
Bought the judges, who not only robbed Kovalev of his titles, but severely damaged his future earning potential in the process.
Stole the titles from the MAN.
Took food from the mouths of his children.

 

This is why I didn't even bother watching that ****, I just went to play some games until the main event. I knew I wouldn't last until the main event if I bothered with the Hookers and whatnot.

 

Nah, he pretty much kicked his ass entire from what I've seen but I was watching in and out.

Really, I thought I saw Kovalev hanging all over Ward, holding him in a headlock, preventing him from working inside. He wanted absolutely no part of an inside fight.

 

It's too bad you don't do the RBR anymore in general. You always managed to keep it rather objective.

The fight was close and could of gone either way. Some rounds were paper thin such a good fight. I hope they do it again and again if the 2nd fight is close.

 

Same **** throughout, scored it 99-91 for Perez. Even the 97-93 card for Perez was too close

 

Kovalev grabbed Ward almost every time he got close or pushed his head down. Some posters only see what they want to.

 

That's because Ward was coming in with his head down a lot.

 

Hooker upped his activity slightly in the last three rounds or so, but the lead should have been unassailable by that point.

 

Ward will NEVER....
Not in a million F/N years fight Kovalev again.
He knows Kovalev was robbed.
He knows JayZ can't afford to buy every single judge and ref in the game.
