for avoiding the SOG. they knew what we all knew. It was obvious so I cant call them wicked smaht really. But they were right the big question now is. Is Ward worth the financial reward? is that fight big enough now for them? I still say no. It wouldn't matter if it was 10 mil(which its not). Its a certain loss and with that goes the appeal/aura of golovkin. Tis best to continue on his path of unifying and chasing the orange carrot.
Golovkin should jump in and take the fight now. It's a low risk, mega-high reward. Unified MW champ becomes unified LHW champ? Just like McGregor did going to 170 against Diaz, jumping two weight classes to a place he has no business at would be epic. If he wins, he's not P4P #1, he's HOF and let's start talking about ATG. If he loses, he goes back down to his weight class and continues to dominate. Who really holds it against him jumping nearly 10% of his body weight to fight the champ? I believe Krusher should get the immediate rematch because he deserves it, but if I was K2 I would certainly inquire.
Eh. I dunno. In a perfect world? YES. But as Huey Lewis said "aint no living in a perfect world, there aint no perfect world anyway" Ya. Youd think golovkin could go up and take a loss and come back down and still be loved and adored. But reality is if he gets worked at a higher weight the myth will be gone! People look at him as this savage MW who could go up and beat all these guys(of course this is just talk and fantasy as he actually does not do it). I find this strange about his fans. They all claim hes beating up all these big guys in sparring but when it comes time for him to fight some of them they make up reasons for him not to do it. I think if he went up in weight and got beat or beat up it would ruin the myth of golovkin. Then hes just be a real good MW who beat up on a bunch of average MWs. It would kind of expose him as the king of a weak division. I think his trainer is more interested in perpetuating a myth than actually tackling the task. It helps when his fans buy into sanchez claims.
thats what golovtards do. boxing fans are tired of gggs bum of the month tour. yes , he would definitely be considered a hypejob if he loses badly to the first non bum he fights
Ggg walks around 170+, but Ward can rehydrate to 190, big difference. Ward has all the advantages. If they fight 99% Ward will win by UD. KO is unlikely for GGG. THE ONLY WAY for GGG to win is by KO, which he can't. Martin Murray was a big Mw which went to distance. But Ward is bigger and has stronger chin. Ward by decision. GGG by KO, (low chance)
Absolute BS Gennady wouldn't leave it to the crooked judges, that was Sergey's big mistake Ward's gone by the 4th
Robbery = Whitaker/Chavez, Lara/Williams We are using that term far too much these days and why are we still talking about GGG fighting Ward or Sergey two when he does not even want to move up to 168 and fight he seems to be happy unifying titles at 160 with lesser competition rather than challenging himself
