Why is the Salido fight irrelevant? And who am I hating? I'm a fan of both fighters.

Grow up, and accept other people have different opinions to yourself.

Yes, I too think that the Axeman needs a KO to win. Just like last week I think judges will prefer the " boxer" if the rds are close. But the Jamaican is tough as f××× and has that power. I think this will be a FOTY
Great fight and we should all remember to thank Liam Smith's face for breaking Canelo-s hand, otherwise we wouldnt have seen this very interesting marchup

Walters just keep trucking for 12 rounds. Duran Leonard 1 Loma. Stay in his chest for 12 and go to a deep dark place where only evil dwells and take his soul!

Loma only has one arm. He will clinch like Kov did. Make him use his energy. He moves cut the ring off. Go to the body.

LOL @ people predicting a Loma KO. I'm a big Loma supporter but I highly doubt Loma knocks Nich out because he'll need more than one punch to do it and I don't think he wants to sit and trade with Nich. We've only seen Nich hurt once to my recollection and that was when Donaire blasted him with a shot along the ropes and it just wobbled him. I don't think Loma hits as hard now as Donaire did then. I think in the end conditioning could play a factor and I can just see Nich getting tired and frustrated while Loma racks up rounds. I think Loma can win a reasonably easy decision as long as he doesn't try to make it a fire fight.

I can't agree with that. Lomachenko is capable of both scoring and inflicting damage with both his left and right hands. He has a very nice punching variety, in my opinion. But so does Walters, too.

I think I tend to agree with you, but at the same time a stoppage win for Lomachenko wouldn't surprise me, either.

Because it was his second fight, and he almost won it, he closed stronger and had Salido hurt and ready to go, the pro game is different than the amateurs, and Loma had his trial by fire, was It too much too soon? Yes but he warmed to the fight and rose to the occasion and finished incredibly strong, which is more than one could say about the great Mikey Garcia, who started great, but wilted as the fight progressed, and was looking for a way out.

Mayweather and Pacquiao would have probably lost to this version of Salido in their second pro fights as well, Pac lost to far shittier opponents than Siri in fact.

You're hating because you bring that up like it has any relevance regarding this fight, which it doesn't, since Walters fights nothing like Orlando and isn't nearly as dirty.

Walters is being undersold here he can hurt loma and if he is to win he must do it early. I think lomas lateral movement will give walters fits as the fight goes on and he gets into a groove. Walters will no doubt have some moments but loma will have more. Loma ud is my pick. Btw great video as usual.

Loma fought lightweight in the ams he looks more at home in these weights above 126. Only thing I question is his annihilation of Martinez, who was a ko waiting to happen and I think he looked better than he should have. Loma should get the decision, but if Walters makes it a fight like Salido did or even better yet use that long jab Tommy Hearns style and commit to the body, Loma could be in trouble.
