True. The reality is these kind of shows can't happen on Sky sports without matchroom losing a lot of money.
Not PPV worthy at all but a decent card. I'm actually going to see the yafai and burton fights and feel both could be really good despite the fact they're getting no coverage and no one else there will care!
First ppv ever I will not be getting, people say on here that buying it won't make a difference, but sky and matchroom have serious competition (hopefully) unless warren ****s it up, so now there is a choice. Hope numbers are low for this, very low.
I have never bought a PPV as I do not think Sky Sports subscribers should be charged extra for watching sports already paid for via an existing expensive subscription. I vowed never to buy one and simply go to a bar when it is PPV.
Not really sure that's the case. Warren doesn't have the same star power in his stable. Also lets not kid ourselves if Warren had AJ he would also be putting on ppv's as AJ makes money and he wouldn't just leave the money on the table. If Warren gets Haye he could be doing ppv.
You can only part a fool from his money so long before they wake up - that day came when Haye stunk out Hamburg v Wlad.
Warren put on some good ppvs back in the day, no1 can judge yet until this deal kicks in. No problem with Aj on ppv but against another knock over with poor undercard no thanks.
No, the main event isn't great but the undercard is solid. Cleverly v Bellew was worse, undercard had some big names but all in easy fights.
