Man, are these guys still crying. 7 rounds to 5 for Ward aka 115-114 for life.

    Ward won rounds 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12.

You guys can cry about it as much as you want, but sometime you have to deal with it. 8)

    Does 75% prove a robbery?

Kova outboxed Ward only to get ripped off by the judges, yes it was a robbery,as the person who won did not get the nod. Just imagine if Ward started facing technical boxers on a daily basis , he has been fighting sluggers and one dimensional plodders his whole career besides Kova, and look what happened to him.

I am so surprised this percentage is so low. I was expecting something like 95.

A guy can land 100 more shots in round 1 and get outlanded by 5 shots in each of the next 11 rounds. So a guy wins 11-1 in rounds but he got out landed in the fight.

I voted that Krusher should have won, but it's hard to call it a "robbery" when a lot of the rounds were close. This was no Pac-Bradley I.

It was a tough fight to score, some rounds could have been called either way. But very odd that all three made sure Ward had more points in the end.

It is what it is. Disappointing, but Kova has nothing to be ashamed of.

I scored it 6-6 myself. I'm surprised there's such outrage.

Kovalev should had cleally won the 8th, 10th and most probably 12th.

Ward adjusted and did much better in the 2nd half of the fight than HE (HIMSELF DID, NOT BETTER THAN KOVALEV) people got caught up in the ward doing better and better than he was previously doing. Problem is he was getting outclassed and beaten up and down terribly .

Ward fought the 2nd half of the fight ON EVEN TERMS, he did NOT dominate any round or at any time during that fight. he was given credit for doing better than the round before.

It was so one sided and such a mismatch that Ward being even somewhat competitive somehow meant he was "dominating" the 2nd half when the truth is all he could muster was to fight competitive with Kovalev rounds 7 through 12 but he was blown out 1 through 6 WITH a KD.

Kovalev won and giving ward every single close round could've meant a draw at worst for Kovalev and at best for ward.

The ONLY WAY for a ward W is giving him credit for being more competitive than he was the previous rounds.

Kovalev tko within 6 next fight, that's a very easy fight for kovalev

Ward was absolutely not outclassed in the whole 2nd half of the fight. Post your scorecard. More people are clearly giving Kovalev credit for scoring a knockdown early and stalking forward than they are for Ward doing better. And I guarantee the rematch doesn't go like that.

Ward was out punched out powered and out countered. He ran and held the whole fight because he was Scared To Death. You ignorant biased flipperheads should just take your robbery and slither back in your holes the more yall talk the dumber yall look. Krusher will knock him cold round one ga-run-teeed in the re-match. Oh wait STD will vacate long before that happens. Kov thru the fight for nothing.

Respect to this community. It's an American dominated forum with more than 90% from the US. Yet they voted as real boxing fans unlike the judges.

I'd say a draw. Ward did win the 2nd half of the fight.
Tremendous interest in rematch. Kovalev has to go for the kill early
and forget about trying to outpoint Ward. He gave "powder-puff" puncher Ward way
too much respect. Ward may be able to stay away from the knockdown again and
then we know he's got Kovalev number. Did Kovalev hurt his right hand?

Ward was outclassed the first half of the fight, I think I wrote some mixed sentencing. what I saw was 2 separate fights really.

    Rounds 1 through 6 Kovalev dominant ,
Rounds 6 through 12 were pretty evenly fought . where if there was a fight that had 12 exact rounds duplicated from rounds 6 through 12 you'd have a fight that "could" go either way , but a 1 point win for ward would be my call.

Problem is, we have to take in to account rounds 1 through 6 where Kovalev won 5 clearly and had the KD, maybe could stretch it to 4 clearly with the KD.

2nd half I can't give any clear to ward but 4 were close enough that one could favor him . Kovalev had to be given a couple 2nd half rounds, rounds 10 was clearly Kovalev and round 12 was more Kovalev than ward.

I just don't see how they could give ward every single close rounds and a coup less he clearly lost.

There's no way anyone can truly score that fight objectively and truly have ward within a few rounds. be real, he got the biggest gift since Bradley over pac
