HBO won't like how he put the blame partially on them for his loss, so this might be the last we see Walters in the spotlight. Definitely should get rid of the "Axe Man" out his name with these actions of his!

He pulled the double dip of blaming the network and his promoter, which was probably the dumbest thing he could do. That's going to hurt him more than the actual quitting.

That would be a great fight. Mikey is a superb counter puncher with a real high ring I.Q. If he beats Dejan, I'd love to see that fight at 135!

Yeah, that'd be about the only step up he could make in his weight class.

Salido rematch is utterly pointless apart from erasing an eye sore on his record... Guess it would be an alright fight while waiting for a bigger one.

Mikey is a great fighter, he reminds me a lot of a more modern day Marquez, but his style is atrocious against Loma. But mikey's power is the real deal so maybe he could clip him? Or maybe I'm completely wrong about this fight, and Mikey just keeps timing Loma, but I don't see it.

He should rematch him, we still don't know how good he is at dealing with boxers who smother you and take out your body like Salido did in the first fight. Walters tried but we know that's not his bread and butter, I think even if it's not competitive Salido is so good at this that it would only benefit Loma more from getting more of this experience.

How ridiculous is it how we're saying Mikey Garcia @ 135 or Manny Pacquiao at most likely 140 when Lomachenko is a fighter:
    1. who likes to come forward
    2. Weighs 137lbs on fight night
    3. ONLY left 126 because he was ducked by all champions there
    4. Has just made easy work of the elite Walters and consistent belt holder Martinez at 130
    5. Mikey is a big LW and Pac is a LWW.

I think you're wrong man to be honest, Mikey's got the skill to hang with Loma in my opinion. I can see it being a close fight that can go either way.

I don't like a callout that starts with "I may be boring"; normally I'd be excited for this fight but when you lead with that it makes me lose interest even though it was something I previously thought, you know?

You don't think loma's style is a nightmare for Mikey? Mikey excels when he fights come forward fighters, even though he completely dominated Burgos, he didn't look his usual self. I really don't see it a fight going either way, and no I'm not saying this so I can discredit Loma in the future lol, I doubt this fight will ever happen tbh, I just rate Loma this high, 126-135, no one is competitive with him. They win 3-4 rounds max. The best chance to beat Loma in my opinion would be to emulate Salido's style, you can't beat him when he has space, you just cant. The thing is Mikey does seem A LOT bigger than Loma, so maybe if his power at 135 or 140, is a big factor in the fight it could be a great fight.

That's the only way Mikey could have any kind of shot otherwise Lomachenko's boxing is just on another league. I know HBO have agendas but I genuinely believe they hold Lomachenko is the best boxer today. I also genuinely believe Lederman when he said Loma is like Pep, and Kellerman or Lampley saying he's also like Whitaker.

Lomachenko quite frankly has a futuristic style.
