Interesting stuff. The whole case sounds a bit dodgy. I'd like to hear the other side.

 

I can't be bothered to listen to Peter. He has proven himself to be a liar time and time again.

Does he explain how both Hughie and Tyson were able to fail a test given that the limits for the drug are abnormally high?

 

No, but according to him - if I understand him correctly - both samples were re-tested and came within clean limits.
He even claims that UKAD were cool with it and recommended a change in diet.

I certainly don't take his word for it but I don't automatically assume these "anti-doping agencies" know what the f--k they are doing either.
Just because they come across as official it doesn't make them infallible or even competent.

 

This interview certainly puts the furys on the right side of the fence regarding doping.
The sample in question was taken over 18 month ago and came back with irregularities and after retesting it showed clear. Ukad said no charges were going to be laid but would like to speak to the furys concerning there diet as irregularities like this can be gotten from such things as meat from sources which are not approved.
Ukad some 16 month later decide to now lay charges on the furys for this incident for which they didnt bring charges 16 month prior.
If all this is correct then youve got to smell a rat here cos it seems the furys are been persecuted.

What about the view that had UKAD taken action when the failed sample first arose rather than giving advice on nutrition that Tyson would never have become champion? Why ***** about UKAD when their initial inaction allowed Tyson to earn millions and to fulfil his dream. If there was this big conspiracy that Peter would have us believe then surely they would have taken action and stopped him from achieving his dream. They should be thanking UKAD, not criticising them.
