How would Burns have fared against Loma?

Lol Lomo is an exceptional fight, a joy to watch

 

Rigo and Ward are fantastic too

 

Ward isn't at Rigo and Loma level though in fairness. Both are well above him.

 

Id agree id also class loma slightly above ward


Ward is well below because he isn't great to watch he is negative, defensive dirty and he doesnt ve the talent to fight like rigo or loma

I out loma above rigo becusse loka is an all roujder with a very good attwck, rigo is a one speed ultra defensice fighter

But, a Matchroom card, in Scotland then Burns would only have to grab and hold his way to a decision

 

Rigo is a better counterpuncher than loma though

 

thats only true becuase lomachenko fights on the front foot most of the time instead of being a purely defensive fighter

even when rigo has guys completely outclassed he cant fight on the front foot because he isnt able too or doesnt know how, thats a flaw and a gap in he's game and its hard to do what lomachenko does offensively. its why he's actually exciting to watch

Loma against rigo or Crawford would've been interesting

 

Rigo holds centre and waits for u to come to him. Its not a flaw its clever boxing, its what he does.
Rigo does some things better than loma and vice versa. Loma is certainly more fluid and nice to watch his movements but watching rigo is like apreciating a good chess player whilst lo.a is like aprecisting a good artist.
In a fantasy fight i would edge towards rigo

 

its not a flaw, but im sure lomachenko could do a very good job boxing the same way rigo does, however rigo wouldn't have a hope in hell of emulating rigos style

in a fantasy match up loma knocks him spark out, he is too big, strong and talented, id go as far as saying it could be a mismatch

 

Dont forget Rigo has done terrible damage to some of his opponents - one shot broke jazza dickens jaw for example - and Rigo is TINY, really a bantamweight at most. Rigo can be deadly.

 

while he is very accurate, the broken jaw in boxing isn't something that is directly related to power, the opponent could have simply not have been grinding he's tetth together for a single second and a relatively normal shot could break he's jaw
