For years guys like Takam , Stiverne , Wilder have been overatted because all have shown little progress developing improved skills over time . I dont even think Stiverne would have been champion without Don King who avoided Klitchkos like the plague . Boxing is about who continues to develope better. Whyte is increasing his angles ,even goes to southpaw now and is turning into a very good boxer /puncher ,to say Wilder destroys him is not realistic because at THIS point Whyte would present things he hasnt faced yet mostly being able to mix things up in a box /brawl style with K.O power and decent speed ,Whyte would also be the heaviest /tallest guy with skill hes had to fight . Whyte went 7 with Joshua ,theres little Wilder could actually do to Whyte that AJ didnt in a course of 7 rnds at THIS point considering he will be facing an improved Whyte , and Whyte will be facing the same Wilder who fought last year . I think Wilder would win if i had to pick by decision but his time is shortening ,he picks wrong opposition to fight and doesnt show the skills particularly balance and staying balanced when he gets hit . He is now near 240 pounds supposedly so we'll see if that fixes those issues.
Why do people overrate Whyte so much? Lets be honest Joshua beat this guy up pretty bad. Yes whyte landed a shot but look how Joshua flew in with his hands down. Outside of that punch he landed a couple of body shots but other than that he got a beatdown.
Whyte is your average Brit bum. Joshua beat him up easily and Joshua is 1/4 the offensive machine that is Deontaye Wilder. Wilder throws 10x the number of punches that Joshua throws and he throws them 2x harder than Joshua. Whyte doesn't stand a ghost of a chance against Wilder and it would be so one-sided, it isn't even worth watching. Keep Whyte in the UK fighting C level fighters where he belongs. All he is good for is record padding and Wilder has had enough of those. No need for him to follow the Vlad path. Whyte should be matched with those at his level. To make competitive match-ups, Whyte should be matched up with Opponents like Chisora, Seth Mitchell, Samuel Peters, and Harrison.
Whyte is not scared of anyone and could definitely shatter that glass chin of Wilder's with one shot.
no king would not let Stiverne near him, he waited till Vitali retired to go for the belt. He then avoided Wlad the entire time. Dummy??HMMMM Arent you the dope who said Wlad has the same skill set level as Allen?
Beware was mandatory. Vitali dragged his feet for a year before he decided not to take the fight . He then had to give it up and Beware then fought for it against Blubberola. Everybody knows that. You may as well have just admitted you starting watching boxing last month with that post..
TBH I usually keep all the dumbest quotes I come across posts just have them in my collection ,rest assured he did say it and he's the worst poster i've encountered . I will keep his posts from here on in when i can because if I told anyone else that a poster like him exists ,they wouldn't believe me such a knucklehead exists.
Whyte vs Wilder is still just a pipe dream at the moment. There's no guarantee Whyte even beats Chisora. Whyte hasn't looked good recently, Lewison had no problem landing against Whyte. When he was backed up he looked vulnerable and if anyone can consistently back Whyte up it's Chisora. While Whyte is the likely favourite, Chisora usually shows up and gives his best and he won't fold easily. I expect it to be competitive and if Chisora doesn't take too much damage early he could perhaps make it a hard fight late on for Whyte.
