PPV?! For that trash fight?! They should pay the fans to watch such a fight!

According to Canelo, Kirkland is more accomplished as Golovkin... So it's like fighting Golovkin+ on PPV right?! :D

    SMH...

    PPV confirmed! Absolutely incredibly.

Rigo-Flores is the other fight on the card as I understand it

Kirkland shows up in full Wolfe killer mode and absolutely wrecks Pinky. 3 rounds tops!

    (one can dream right?)

It'll sell because it's Cotto, casuals will get to see a knockout.
It's meaningless for real fans. Cotto wouldn't beat any of the
upper echelon of the JMW division so it's his safest option.

As a Cotto fan, it's disappointing

Sad thing is Kirkland win over undefeated Angulo is better than any GGG wins :naughty2:

Just read about this fight in todays' news. Might go up there for the fight....it's only 15 minutes away.
Might be fun. Obviously someone's going to get KTFO.

If they had 2 more fights of equal action potential and lowered the PPV price, i´d but it. But at 60 something bucks... no way.
But they will likely generate 15mil from the PPV, thats why they are doing it.

Why is everyone still pushing out PPV´s when one by one they fail to meet even the lowest of expectations.

It's a meaningless match-up. If it's a farewell fight then I get it.. but Cotto has nothing else to prove, and he can't hang with the young up-and-comers at this point. Kirkland still could be a tough fight depending on Kirkland's mindset for a 36 yr old aged Cotto.

I'll watch it though, just on tape delay when they rebroadcast it... no way I'm paying for a fight like this.
