Hes fought twice in America, once in Germany and one in Samoa. 4 times outside of New Zealand. Ruiz whos had 9 more fights than Parker will tonight fight 6 times out of the states. 3 of those 6 were in Mexico. 9 fight difference with Ruiz about to do 6 and Parkers done 4 so...yeah. Parker will most likely equal Ruiz 6 overseas fights in less fight than Ruizs 29 soon to be 30 tonight!
Well he was born in Mexico, but he is an American citizen who lives here. So yeah, he's trying to bring that WBO strap back to the U.S.!
