    Dont know how you can give that to Parker. He just backed off and flicked out a jab that mostly missed. So thats what people call boxing?

    He's was hunting Parker down, you're right but he wasn't working enough. Moving forward with intent but with little end product does not show ring generalship, the opposite in fact. Parker would score for nullifying Ruiz off the back foot and via the jab...

    fat guy with good skills on the inside. Keep him walking and at range seems like a solid gameplan to me.

    Parker is a young kid fighting for a World Title in front of his home fans, and some of you clowns thought he should have came out swinging against a fast handed counter puncher ?

    Parker fought the perfect fight imo.

    Agreed, I think he's much better when he comes forward with confidence. Thie retreating jabbing style (just) worked against Ruiz Jr, but to have a chance of beating AJ and Wilder he needs to get inside and attack.
