I don't think he'd be that low. CW would be his best weight.

The main event was decent, not great.
Both guys were too cautious in my view, they did not want to lose.
It's wasn't the open fight I was expected.

Just noticed that my scorecard was exactly the same as Dan Rafael's.

Parker didn't get dropped by Sconiers or Nicohols.

    Put down the pipe Dino.

Bachne isn't half the fighter his cousin is. He lacks the 3 elements Tyson has.

Parker, Takam, Haye, AJ, DW, Ruiz all beat that lazy lad.

    You trollin.

Was never bought into the Parker hype nor the Ruiz one either. Seems both guys at the same level. Just as I predicted a couple of years ago.

I do see an evolution in Parker which shows a decent ring IQ and a smart trainer. In his early fights when he was just blasting people out he was very aggressive. But as the quality improved, it became evident his power would not be a game-changer. So they've adapted his style to work off the back foot and behind the jab. Not many heavyweights can do this, and that might be enough to at least make top fights competitive. Looks like he can hold a shot too.

I reckon boxing like this would pretty much nullify Wilder, would certainly cause AJ issues - he hasn't got the best of jabs or footwork - although Joshua's power would mean he would get to Parker eventually, and against Fury would lead to perhaps the dullest fight in history but a wide Tyson UD. Parker can mix it with these boys, I think we've learned that much.

Haye as the Wbo mandatory woukd KO Parker imo. Way to explosive and accurate. Haye cops a fair amount of flack and deservedly so but he is still a beast.

I'm a big Parker fan but I think he would still get upset by a tricky veteran who roughs him up on the inside. The big boys like Fury and wad would bamboozle him. I'd back Ustinov and duhapas over him and AJ and wilder would both blow him away early.

Parker didn't look comfortable at all when Ruiz was throwing 3 or 4 bombs at close range. Whyte would be too busy on the inside if I'm being realistic. It's sad for me to say all this **** to be honest.

The fight confirmed what I had previously thought. Parker fights better against bigger men. He wasn't sure what punches to throw and often moved around the ring in an uncomfortable manner. He doesn't like to be crowded, rarely uses the uppercut. Add to the fact Ruiz was quick on the counter and Parker was shy about planting his feet. The looping left-right hand combo was nowhere.

Those who say Ruiz simply needed better conditioning are oversimplifying. When you keep taking those little back steps it makes your distance incorrect, and so knowing that a punch will miss is misinterpreted as fatigue. Andy was frustrated at Parker's ability to move/clinch which resulted in a shoulder barge at one point.

Many will see this as more ammo for criticism, but that's five fights in one year, two of them big challenges. Is Parker's ledger any worse than Wilder's now? It's certainly better than Joshua's.

I don't... Parker is a hype job and ive said it for ages. His fight with Tackam played out the same way. He is barely good enough to beat fringe contenders and thats all that Takam and Ruiz are.

Hughie Fury with one arm and at only 50% of his capabilities shut out Fred Cassi who is on the same level as Tackam and Ruiz.

Hughie at 100% wallops Parkers all over the ring. Hell , Tyson could beat Parker right now.
