The only stupidity on this thread so far are those who think everything is black and white when it comes to making fights, like the very fact that someone (I think it was you) claiming they gave Golovkin a pass for fighting a WW because everyone ducks him.. Uh, NO, NOT everyone ducks him. Ggg has had the opportunity to move up or down in weight, he has also had the opportunity to fight SWWs in Lara and Trout over a less accomplished fighter in Brook. Ggg is mostly hype at this point. His resume does not prove him to be an ATG, nor is he cut out of the same clothe as the very best of the ATGs when you consider his unwillingness to do whatever it takes to make fights happen.

Golovkin said it was a bad fight for boxing because of how much bigger Canelo was. Its not a surprise. Everybody who is a true fan understands, Golovkin said to Power 106 Los Angeles. Canelo is huge, hes big, hes too strong for Khan. Khan is a good boxer, but its a difficult division for him. It was very scary. After the fight, I felt terrible for Khan. It was a great performance, but not for him.
