I think a lot of people would agree. The fact an American top 3 p4p fighter in the world is not a major ppv star is crazy. I won't be surprised if Crawford follow Floyd footsteps and say to hell with Arum.

You have few people who promote themselves as Floyd did so I can't put the blame entirely on Arum who does show favoritism for certain fighters but Crawford still has a lot to prove. I don't understand it but fighters and promoters today forgot that building a fighter still relies on guys beating names. Hype only gets you so far. Example GGG. You would think he would be the top cash cow but he's not.

Back to the topic though Bob could do more to promote guys like Crawford and other guys in his stable. I think he deserves a Pacquiao fight and it's time to say goodbye to Manny. I'm not interested in a Jeff Horn fight or any other bs fight Bob is thinking of putting on to continue to milk Pac.

He's got a point. Crawford is not top 3 p4p yet though, he might get there but has to prove more.

Being a P4P superstar doesn't equate into being a PPV star.

I like Crawford, but he doesn't have the personality to become a PPV star. You either have to play the role of the villain or you have to charm the pants off of people. Crawford's personality seems very bland during his interviews.

It's unfortunate but it's the truth since boxing is an entertainment business. Just because a fighter is great doesn't mean he'll be a mega PPV star. He has to have the "it" factor with their personality in order for them to transcend into a US PPV star.

There's been a LOT of skilled fighters from the states that never became PPV stars because they lacked that crossover appeal. The list is VERY large- guys like Toney, Jones Jr, Hopkins, etc. None of these guys became PPV cashcows even though they were amazing fighters in their heydey.

Floyd: A few bags of IV and Crawford will be a mega star.
