    He is RUSSIAN who fights out of Russia who is fully backed by the Russian sports federation. They have denied every bit of doping in sport, they just deny and carry on cheating.

    Well this will probably remove him as mandatory but I think this fight may still go on. Stiverne failed a test and the fight was not canceled so if the WBC wants to be impartial the fight should take place neither guy tested positive for anabolic steroids.

    I didn't think Povektin was quite good enough to dethrone any current champion other than Parker but his place in the HW division right now is significant. The is bad news for all boxing fans.

    I guess we'll get to see Wilder vs Stiverne II YAY!
