Only somebody who has never been in a fight before would buy that these fighters are scared. Jacobs is not scared period. I'm also not giving ggg and his team too much credit for getting this fight done because we all know they were backed in a corner. They knew that if it would've went to a purse bid the fight was dead. They also knew he can't fight any more bums and mismatches. Especially when there's mega paydays potentially in the near future. This is when leverage works as intended and the true fans benefit.

Jacobs will have to be first and bring the fight to GGG in order to do anything with him. And he CAN. But, it will come at a price.

Jacobs got 35% ?! That's awful. No wonder why he took the fight.
GGG gets an A grade win on his resume when they fight.

Kell Brook is a better fighter than Jacobs, so that gives you an idea as to how this plays out. In fact, Brook beats Canelo as well. GGG has nothing more to prove. He is the real deal, one of the best fighters in the past decade.

Glad he isnt, at least anymore.

Canelo is, that is why you are so insecure. Canelo looks like a complete ***** and so does his fans.

Can't label GGG as ATG-in-the-making unbeatable wrecking ball of a fighter and then criticise Jacobs for pushing for as much money as possible before signing to fight. This is the business of boxing. GGG is a very high risk opponent so boxers are gonna want to be well rewarded for stepping into the ring with him. Looks like $2m was enough and so we get to see GGG in a decent match-up.

Yeah it's astounding really that people think that this fight plays out any different. In fact, Brook has a vastly superior chin to Jacobs so I think this ends even earlier. Jacobs will have his moments like Brook did, but will ultimately be let down by his fragile punch resistance. When you're getting bowled over by Sergio Mora that spells trouble when you're facing a puncher like GGG.

Fighters might generally not be scared of getting hit because of the pain but can definitely be scared of losing. Canelo is terrified of losing to GGG.

    :risas3: BRU HAAA HAAAA

:bandit:Which CONTRACT are you talking about NOW, you CLOWN ?

Last count GBP has offered FOUR CONTRACTS, each one HIGHER $$$ than the previous one.

:bash: Isal keeps saying each of Cocaine O$car's contracts should have been immediately "accepted by GGG", and is MORE
$$$ than GGG deserves. Guess O$car doesn't agree, huh !

Well this isn't entirely true. Barrera proved to have better whiskers than I thought after he got dropped by Ward. I thought he was going to get man handled by shabranskyy based off exactly that example, but that wasn't the case.

***I am in no way comparing GGG to shabranskyy or Barrera to Jacobs, just comparing the circumstances .***

I doubt that. Could you explain why you think so?

I think so too, but it would be great to see him in with some decent opponents, don't you think?

Like taking hours to negotiate for a car rather than just taking it at MSRP means you don't want the car?
