Ortiz is not VADA enrolled and hasnt taken a VADA test since back to back failure for synthetic anabolic steroids. Why would anyone assume for a minute he's clean. Let's assume Potvetkin took a supplement that caused a false positive like Bute did, and assume Ortiz was getting Bull Semen injected into his buttcheeks. Ortiz is a glass jawed puncher, and Potvetkin is a raging bull with insane combination punching and an iron jaw. Sasha KO1-3 Ortiz, even if they allow Ortiz a medical exemption for depo.

Good matchup, they are both probably average without any performance aids. They should let them juice fully with their substances of choice and see who's the undisputed PED king. I favor Povetkin because his Peds are more proven for stamina, Ortiz still gasses mid to late fights.
All things being equal, Povetkin wins handily. But, as Caliboxing just said, it could come down to the quality of the PEDS. Give Ortiz horse steroids and take away Povetkin's Meldonium and they take Pov out in a wooden box.
